Berezin Alexey Valerievich, CEO of Tomilino TLC nominated for “The person of the year” category under Ñommercial Real Estate Awards.
To become a winner a candidate should receive more votes based on the results of the second round. Voting is now running on www.arendator.ru
The official prize of the Awards is “Golden Brick”, which symbolizes “gold contribution” to commercial real estate development. The winner will be elected in April, 17 (2009) during the Official Awarding Ceremony CRE Moscow Awards 2009.
As a CEO of Tomilino TLC Berezin A. was assigned in October, 2007. During his work Berezin managed to achieve and realize various projects concerned with business-processes and adaptation new orders of real estate exploiting.
Berezin A. is already awarded with certificates of the Government of Volgogradskaya and Moscow region.
