ABOUT PROJECT
Creation of a modern Tomilino logistics park on a territory of Tomilino poultry farm is a large scale redevelopment project and it is supported within the framework of “Developing transportation system in Moscow region in 2006-2010” programme. The project of redevelopment and new construction was set up in 2006. Tomilino TLC is now situated in close proximity to Moscow (6 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) between Novoryazanskoe and Staroryazanskoe highways.
The total area of the Tomilino TLC is 140 hectares.
Warehouses functioning at the present time:

A-class warehouses – 260 000 square metres

C-class warehouses – 57 300 square metres

Offices and other industrial zones - 9 700 square metres
By the time of final realization of developing Tomilino TLC the total area of A-class warehouses will set over 680 000 square metres.
Facilities:
- 24-hour security
- Centralized 24-hour management services
- 6 entry control points from both Novoryazanskoe and Ryazanskoe highways
- On-site railway branch with a cargo loading/unloading zone
- Control functions of Management team within whole territory of the logistic complex
At the present moment there also a new generation center with 100 MW is under construction. This will determine the possibility to have complementary capability for further realization of the project, to form a pool of it and to provide energy within Tomilino settlement residential territory.
